This evening, Friday 2nd May, the adventurers and pilgrims will return to Canberra.

They will be exhausted and very much looking forward to a warm shower and their familiar cosy beds, but they will be changed forever.

In the last 24 hours the NSW/ACT coach (with 3 Victorians also on board!) send through this update:

We left Kings Creek station and continued south for Port Augusta. On the way we stopped at a rest area which was covered in litter. Many hands make light work, with a word from one of the leaders, some garbage bags and gloves, we spruced up the area. Reality is starting to set in that we are on our way home and their are mixed feelings. Despite our differences and disagreements, we have become quite an inseparable team. When we arrived at Port Augusta we visited Wadlatta mueseum, learning more about Australia’s history.

After dinner two leaders shared their story of a change in their life, after this we invited the pilgrims to make a change too if they wanted, in the areas of relating to others, relating to your self and relating to God.
If you’d like to read more updates along their journey please go the the Schools in Harmony blog page off the National Fusion website.
