By now you may be aware that Fusion Canberra is moving our Wombat Wardrobe second hand shop which is currently at the Carleton St Shops in Kambah, to Kambah Village which is on the corner of Drakeford Drive and Marconi Crescent in Kambah.

It is easy to find if you look out for the Kambah Village sign with the model sheep and for the Woolworths signs.

It’s a much more visible and busy location, and we hope it will mean we can connect with more people, and raise more funds at the same time.

We are scheduled to move the shop on Monday 18th August – the removal truck is already booked! We hope to open the doors in the new location on Tuesday 19th August.

It’s between the Hairdresser and Butcher in the old Village Cafe.

We will also be renaming Wombat Wardrobe as part of our new national rebranding for our op shops Australia wide which is Fusion Op Shop!

So although the location is changing and we will be changing the name to keep with Fusion’s national branding, the new shop will still have the same volunteers, the same service and the same bargain items.

NEW LOCATION, NEW NAME. SAME PEOPLE, SAME CAUSE!

Fusion Wombat Wardrobe Renovations 001

This is what it currently looks like. It has been guttered but there is lots of renovating to be done.

Fusion Op Shop

This is what we would like our future Fusion Op shop to look like.  Help us get there.

We launched a Special Moving Appeal recently and it is not too late to make a donation.  Thanks to all those who have already donated.
