Our Pilgrims are now on their way back from Uluru, which they left early on Sunday morning.
Today our Pilgrims will have departed Alice Springs where they visited a reptile museum and had camel rides.
Tonight they will have dinner at Barkly Homestead and then set off on an overnight trip through Mt Isa, Cloncurry and breakfast and showers (yay) in Longreach.
It sounds like their time at Uluru was very special, and a group of pilgrims from our bus got to go into Mutijulu, the local Aboriginal community at Uluru itself. It is hard to access as a community and there was some confronting things to see, but they were able to be a blessing by cleaning up rubbish near the respite centre and around town.
Until our next pilgrims progress….
