Hundreds of Christians came together in Garema Place today, 31 March, from 1-4pm, as part of the Easter in the City Hope & Harmony festival.
Ugandan, Samoan, Papua New Guinean, Chinese, & many other nationalities shared dance, music and drama performances as part of celebrating the true meaning of Easter and that Jesus is Risen!
Those standing by watching enjoyed taking part in the Fusion festival large group activities including water balloon volleyball, tug o war, in the pond, and big ball in the air.
A record was achieved in keeping the big ball in the air for 12 minutes 22 seconds!
Well done to Unity College for pulling it all together.
